All government fees paid on behalf of clients are non-refundable once paid to the respective government department.

2. Professional Fees - Refundable Cases

  • Service not commenced within 7 working days of payment
  • Service rendered is materially different from what was agreed
  • Cancellation before commencement of work

3. Professional Fees - Non-Refundable Cases

  • Service has been commenced or completed
  • Application has been filed with the government
  • Delay caused by incomplete documents provided by the client
  • Government processing delays

4. Refund Process

5. Disputes

Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
